Step #1: Read Introduction
Welcome to the Ten Mile Paving employee training video, which is intended to review proper workplace conduct, options for you to communicate workplace conduct concerns to supervisory staff and Ten Mile Paving progressive discipline policies and procedures. Click on the link to the video to start the employee training video.
At the conclusion of the employee training video, you will be required to take a test on the content of the employee training video to verify that you understand the policies outlined in the employee training video. In order to access the test, at the conclusion of the employee training video press the “TEST” button at the bottom of the screen.
The test will contain five randomly generated questions. If you answer four out of the five questions correctly, you will be deemed to have passed the test. If you fail to answer four of the five questions correctly and fail the test, you will be prompted to re-watch the employee training video and re-take the test.
Once you have passed the test, you will be asked to certify that you have watched the video in its entirety. Unless the certification is completed and submitted, the Human Resources Director will not have any record of you completing the employee training and you will be required to watch the employee training video again.
