OVERVIEW

Armand J. Mangulis is an Associate with Maiello, Brungo & Maiello, LLP and a member of its Education Law and Municipal Law practice groups. Armand (AJ) joins MBM, directly out of law school, fulfilling his lifelong vision of becoming an attorney and applying his legal knowledge to counsel public entities. The son of a school district business manager, AJ possesses insight into the responsibilities and challenges schools and municipalities face while serving the needs of
their constituents.

Attention to detail, transparent communication, and acute problem-solving skills are traits AJ brings to MBM clients, which are key attributes for successfully counseling clients in education and local government. “He is a strategic thinker and focused on results. AJ can effectively execute solutions based on client interaction coupled with knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and standards,” says Senior Partner Alfred C. Maiello.

As a member of the Education Law and Municipal Law teams, AJ will work with the firm’s clients in all matters including the Sunshine Act, the Right-to-Know Law, and employment related issues.

Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania in 2022, AJ obtained his Juris Doctor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship. He attended Point Park University on a Presidential Scholarship and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Arts and Entertainment Management.
