S.J. advises real property operators, purchasers, sellers, developers, landlords, and tenants on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of properties.
S.J. represents clients in entity selection and formation, general corporate governance, commercial contracts, and mergers and acquisitions. S.J. also directs clients in performing a variety of due diligence in connection with commercial real estate matters and business transactions.
