Jokes can be harassing behavior.

Sexual harassment may occur regardless of the intention of the person engaging in the conduct and largely depends on the totality of the circumstances.

An employee is only required to report violations to his or her supervisor.

It is not a violation of Ten Mile policy when an employee stores alcohol in a vehicle parked on Ten Mile property while the employee is working.
