OVERVIEW

Gregory M. Reichart is an accomplished prosecutor, transitioning from the Office of the District Attorney to Maiello Brungo & Maiello, LLP. Having tried over 50 cases, Mr. Reichart brings solid trial experience to MBM’s Litigation Team.

MBM’s clients will benefit from Mr. Reichart’s valuable courtroom experience. He developed exceptional analytic, investigative, and negotiation skills as a litigator in both trial and appellate courts. Mr. Reichart is known for litigating complex issues while managing an active caseload.

As the Chief Deputy District Attorney of Erie County, Mr. Reichart worked on a variety of cases securing successful outcomes while also supervising and training junior attorneys. Prior to Erie County, Mr. Reichart was a Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA) for the Western District of Pennsylvania, where he partnered with law enforcement entities including the FBI, DEA, and ATF in federal court prosecutions. Mr. Reichart was also an Assistant District Attorney in Mercer County. He previously worked in private practice and clerked for a Common Pleas Judge.

In September of 2017, Mr. Reichart was a member of the graduating class of Top Gun 23 and member of the best overall squadron in that year’s class, as presented by the Northeast Counterdrug Training Center at Fort Indiantown Gap, Anneville, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Reichart received his J.D. from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law after graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Union College. He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
