Only physical contact can be considered sexual harassment.

Offensive drawings can be harassing behavior.

Sexual harassment may occur regardless of the intention of the person engaging in the conduct and largely depends on the totality of the circumstances.

An employee cannot be fired for only one violation of Ten Mile policy.

It is not a violation of Ten Mile policy when an employee stores alcohol in a vehicle parked on Ten Mile property while the employee is working.
