Ms. Cerce has been a key member of the firm’s Real Estate, Tax Assessment, and Business Law teams. “Jennifer has made huge and ongoing contributions to the firm and is a high performing legal talent” says Senior Partner Alfred Maiello. “She provides our clients with deep legal insights and strategic solutions, putting them at the center, exemplifying MBM’s mission of commitment.”

As Partner, Ms. Cerce will continue to oversee the firm’s Sheriff’s Sale and Delinquent Tax Collection teams. She has been practicing law for 25 years gaining substantial recognition as a strong litigator in Pennsylvania at administrative and trial court hearings for residential and commercial tax appeals and succeeding at the appellate level as well. In the area of business law, Ms. Cerce manages the firm’s intellectual property matters including trademark and copyright review and registration.

Ms. Cerce earned her J.D. at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1997 after receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, in 1993.
