Daniel Larrimer is an Associate with MBM Law as a part of the Business Law team.
Prior to joining MBM Law, Mr. Larrimer developed a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, licensing, and transactional matters. While in law school, he served as the Executive Content Editor for the Duquesne Kline Energy and Environmental Law journal.
Mr. Larrimer has represented a variety of businesses throughout his career including hotel chains, restaurants, grocery stores, airlines, and private equity groups across multiple jurisdictions. He advised clients on regulatory issues arising from mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, corporate restructurings, and new business openings, while managing licensing matters in 18 states.
Mr. Larrimer brings with him an advanced understanding of regulatory compliance, transactional support, jurisdictional licensing matters, along with client focused approach to solving complex business challenges.
