Sarah S. Kefover is an Associate with MBM Law’s Public Sector Team. Her practice focuses on Education Law and Municipal Law, complemented by litigation experience and a strong background representing municipalities and other public-sector clients.
Before joining MBM Law, Mrs. Kefover served as Assistant Solicitor for Washington County and handled municipal, business, corporate, real estate, oil and gas, and estate planning matters. Her experience also includes litigation, business law, labor and employment law, collective bargaining, and civil litigation.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Kefover has developed extensive experience in ordinance and resolution drafting, public meeting matters, the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, the Sunshine Act, zoning and planning issues, legal research, motion practice, and municipal representation.
Mrs. Kefover’s commitment to local government and public entities is rooted in a family tradition of municipal service and public leadership. She and her husband live in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with their Australian Labradoodle, Brandy, and look forward to welcoming another Labradoodle soon.
