Chief Deputy District Attorney Joins MBM Law

Maiello Brungo and Maiello, LLP (MBM) is pleased to welcome Gregory M. Reichart to its accomplished team of attorneys. Mr. Reichart will serve as an Associate member of the firm’s Litigation practice group. He joins MBM with thirteen years of legal experience and substantial courtroom skill.

Most Recent Litigation Experience

Mr. Reichart’s most recent litigation experience includes five years at the Erie County Office of District Attorney, serving his final year as Chief Deputy District Attorney. Prior, he spent a year as Special Assistant United States Attorney at the Western District of Pennsylvania, three years at the Mercer County Office of the District Attorney, and four years in private practice.

Bar Admissions and Education

Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania in 2011, Mr. Reichart obtained his JD from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law after graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Union College.

Alfred Maiello

Alfred C. Maiello is the founding member of MBM and has represented area school districts as solicitor for 50 years. He counsels school districts and educational institutions on leading developments in school law and guiding them through their day-to-day and long-term challenges.
