Krisha A. DiMascio, a Senior Counsel with MBM Law, has extensive experience and skill in representing public school districts and municipalities as both Solicitor and Special Counsel. As part of MBM’s School and Municipal Team, Ms. DiMascio will utilize her years of experience in representing such public entities as a critical and beneficial team member and representative of those agencies.
Serving as a solicitor, special counsel, and general counsel for such public entities, Ms. DiMascio provides counsel on various critical issues such as employee discipline, collective bargaining negotiations with various unions, and the development and enforcement of school and municipal policy. With regard to representing school districts, DiMascio has extensive experience dealing with all student issues, including special education and gifted education programs.
