Lawrence J. Maiello is a Partner with MBM Law, and leads the Real Estate Law Team. He also acts as general counsel to emerging and mid-sized businesses. He advises clients on personnel, financing, tax planning, real estate, and environmental issues. Mr. Maiello is also a keynote speaker to business owners and entrepreneurs at the Small Business Development Center at the University of Pittsburgh where he offers strategies to help strengthen and grow businesses.
Mr. Maiello acts as counsel for various banking and financial institutions. He assists with the structuring of a variety of financial transactions and preparation of the required documents for commercial loan transactions. He also coordinates the firm’s title and settlement services.
