TOPIC DESCRIPTION Sexual harassment occurring in schools can include student-on-student, employee-on-student and employee-on-employee harassment. Actions by volunteers are also of grave concern. In the past two years, the cultural response to harassment has changed drastically, and there is a need for new policies and responses.
Maiello Brungo & Maiello’s attorneys have dealt with numerous harassment cases and are looking forward to advising school officials of their obligations, rights and protections in such instances.
