OVERVIEW

Christina L. Lane is a partner of Maiello Brungo & Maiello, LLP and is an accomplished school, municipal, labor and employment attorney with almost 25 years of experience in representing public sector employers. Ms. Lane concentrates her practice on education and employment law. She has considerable litigation expertise in disability, employment, and related fields before administrative agencies such as the PHRC, EEOC, state and federal courts.  She serves as special counsel to several school districts specific to ensuring compliance with special education programming for students under IDEA and Section 504.  Ms. Lane is also known for her extensive knowledge and experience with Title IX and provides annual training to her clients and often serves as a third-party investigator for Title IX complaints.

Ms. Lane routinely provides counsel to clients on issues of regulatory compliance, policy development, collective bargaining, employee discipline, student services, accommodation requests, and litigation avoidance.
