Samantha J. DeLee is an associate with Maiello Brungo & Maiello, LLP focusing in corporate and real estate law.
Prior to joining Maiello Brungo & Maiello, LLP, Ms. DeLee worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies in various transactional matters. She drove due diligence efforts for large mergers and acquisitions and for leases in energy and infrastructure, managed deals in public finance for multi-unit family housing, and negotiated collateral assignment agreements for investment banks in structured finance. Ms. DeLee also previously worked as a tax consultant where she researched local, state, and federal statutes to determine fair tax deductions and exemptions for Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. DeLee is a graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law where she also attained a Business Certificate emphasizing in Tax Law as well as a Legal Research, Writing, and Drafting Certificate. Ms. DeLee graduated from Drexel University with her Bachelor of Arts where she also obtained minors in Psychology and International Studies as well as a writing certificate in Creative Writing and Publishing. She also studied Human Rights and Development at the Universidad de Latina in San Pedro, Costa Rica.
Ms. DeLee is a native of Washington County, Pennsylvania. She grew up in a small family-owned construction business where she developed a passion for business development.
