Michael J. Imbornone

OVERVIEW

Michael J. Imbornone is an Associate with Maiello, Brungo & Maiello, LLP and is a member of its Litigation Practice Group. Michael joins MBM with over a decade of experience in representing diverse clients in complex litigation matters. Before joining MBM, Michael defended various corporate clients in civil and toxic tort litigation in state and federal courts. He also represented clients in commercial business disputes, real estate property matters, and estate administration.

Michael’s litigation experience helps him identify potential issues early on in a dispute and develop effective strategies to advance his clients’ best interests. He is skilled at advocating for clients through trial, but has also achieved positive, cost-effective results through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Michael approaches claims with a tailored litigation strategy that includes protection of his clients’ company brand and reputation.

Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania in 2008, Mr. Imbornone obtained his JD at The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. He is admitted to the bar of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and to the Western District of Pennsylvania United States District Court.
