Only five percent of lawyers in the state are named Super Lawyers. The following attorneys from the firm were selected for the recognition based on a statewide nomination process, independent research and peer review by practice area:

Alfred C. Maiello has been named a Super Lawyer for four consecutive years in the areas of Schools & Education and Business/Corporate. His widespread skills cover numerous practice areas, including acquisitions, commercial transactions, business litigation, corporate law, construction, real estate development, and public sector law.

Michael L. Brungo has been a Super Lawyer for three consecutive years in the areas of Schools & Education, and Labor & Employment. He focuses on the representation of public entities, such as school districts, municipalities and municipal authorities on issues stretching from special education, students’ rights and constitutional and civil rights issues to teacher tenure and personnel actions. He also represents public and private matters, such as hiring and discipline, defending claims of discrimination, and negotiating terms and conditions of employment.

John H. Prorok has been named a Super Lawyer for three consecutive years in the Business/Corporate, and Real Estate. He represents a broad client base, including regional and national banks, real estate development companies, software developers, and multi-national steel companies.

David Raves has been named a Super Lawyer for four consecutive years in the areas of Construction/Surety, and General Litigation. He focuses on the construction process, including site acquisition, design, construction administration and forensic analysis of construction deficiencies and claims.

Roger W. Foley, Jr., has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in the area of General Litigation. He focuses his practice on defending and pursuing claims related to labor and employment disputes, contract disputes, civil rights claims, complex commercial litigation, and personal injury claims.
