Gary H. Dadamo is an associate of Maiello, Bruno & Maiello and a member of its litigation law team.  Mr. Dadamo represents public entities, school districts, and corporations in a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal courts.  Mr. Dadamo has significant experience representing public entities in all aspects of litigation with focuses on civil rights, municipal liability, and labor and employment matters.

Mr. Dadamo has represented public entities and their employees in complex litigation with exposure in excess of $1M, including county commissioners, mayors, district attorneys, councilpersons, supervisors, police officers and prison officials.  He successfully defended a municipality being sued by abortion clinic protesters for alleged violation of their First Amendment rights.  Mr. Dadamo has also successfully defended several municipalities and their police officers in federal jury trials in claims alleging violation of Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights. Additionally, Mr. Dadamo has handled several class action lawsuits on behalf of various municipalities.  Moreover, he has significant experience handling insurance claims for public entities involving the Pennsylvania Political Subdivision Tort Claims Act.

After receiving his juris doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2004, Mr. Dadamo served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Bruce F. Bratton of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County.  During law school, he was a judicial intern for Chief Justice Ralph Cappy of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court as well as the Honorable Maureen Lally-Green of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

Mr. Dadamo is licensed to practice law before all of Pennsylvania state courts, the United States District Court for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  In addition, Mr. Dadamo has been a licensed member of the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 2004.
