Brian W. Walsh
Brian W. Walsh is an associate with Maiello, Brungo & Maiello, LLP, focusing his practice primarily in the areas of corporate, business, and real estate law. Mr. Walsh has represented both individuals and businesses in a wide array of legal matters, often times serving in the dual-role of litigator and transactional attorney.
Mr. Walsh’s experience in the practice of commercial litigation and real estate law, coupled with his educational background in business, which includes a B.S.B.A. in Finance from John Carroll University and an M.B.A. from the Duquesne University Graduate School of Business, enables him to understand and better serve the basic business needs of his corporate clients.
In counseling a corporate client base ranging from start-up companies to established businesses, Mr. Walsh has aided in matters including, but not limited to, entity formation, negotiating and drafting shareholder, partnership, and membership agreements, negotiating and drafting asset purchase agreements and other documents related to mergers & acquisitions, and general counseling relative to business operating activities and contractual disputes.
Mr. Walsh obtained his juris doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law where he was a member of the Duquesne Law Review and Moot Court Team. Mr. Walsh furthered served as a Teacher’s Assistant in the Legal Research and Writing program and received the CALI Excellence for the Future for earning the highest grade in Business Planning (2010), Securities Regulation (2009), and Legal Research and Writing (2008).
