Donald A. Walsh, Jr. is an associate with Maiello Brungo & Maiello, LLP, practicing in the areas of real estate, real estate tax assessment law, corporate law and civil litigation. Through associations with two Pittsburgh-based real estate appraisal and tax consulting companies, he possesses substantial experience in general real estate matters, along with specialization in real estate valuation, property tax appeal, litigation and assessment law.

Mr. Walsh has represented numerous owners of commercial and residential real estate in property tax appeals in various counties in Pennsylvania. He has represented a broad array of clients in tax assessment appeal cases including manufacturers, shopping centers, office buildings, assisted living facilities and large apartment complexes. He currently represents several southwestern Pennsylvania taxing jurisdictions before administrative boards and courts in tax assessment matters.

Mr. Walsh's practice includes general corporate matters ranging from start-ups to corporate consolidations including merger and acquisitions. In addition to trying numerous cases at the Common Pleas court level, Mr. Walsh's litigation experience includes drafting pleading, motions, and expert witness retention. His diverse background also includes representation in eminent domain proceedings, producing favorable results for his clients.

Mr. Walsh obtained a J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law where he was a member of the Duquesne Law Review.
