 		John H. Prorok is a Partner with Maiello Brungo & Maiello, LLP, practicing in the areas of real estate, corporate and business law. His experience in commercial litigation provides him with an invaluable understanding of corporate clients' needs in business planning, corporate formation and contract negotiations.

Since joining the Bar in 1989, Mr. Prorok has represented a vast array of corporate clients, including regional and national banks, real estate development companies and a multi-national steel company. He counsels clients in the areas of:
  • Forming and structuring of new entities, including ongoing counsel
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Merger, acquisition and disposition of businesses
  • Drafting and negotiating operating contracts
  • Employment contracts
Additionally, Mr. Prorok has participated in various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including construction loans and the sales and leasing of office and retail properties.
