Kathleen C. McConnell
is an associate with Maiello Brungo & Maiello, LLP, and has extensive experience in the commercial real estate, corporate and business fields. She has represented numerous clients throughout the organizational, transactional, financial and construction processes necessary to real estate development. Ms. McConnell has assisted as counsel to regional and national banks in connection with loans secured by real estate and commercial assets.
Prior to joining Maiello Brungo & Maiello, LLP, Ms. McConnell was general counsel to a property management and development corporation located in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she dealt with national and local tenants; retail and office leasing; hotel and restaurant management; civil litigation; employment; organizational and corporate matters. Ms. McConnell began her legal career practicing civil litigation in New York City.
Ms. McConnell is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and North Carolina.
