 		Alfred C. Maiello is the Senior Managing Partner with Maiello Brungo & Maiello, LLP. His broad-based expertise covers numerous practice areas including acquisitions, commercial transactions, business litigation, corporate law, construction, real estate development, and public sector law.

Mr. Maiello has been in the forefront of developing means and methods to assist businesses in cost-effectively managing their legal requirements. With his depth of experience in the corporate area, he provides an invaluable service to companies by acting as their legal counsel.

Mr. Maiello has widespread experience in handling real estate development transactions. He recently handled a major real estate development of a brownfield site for office, retail and residential uses. This project involved negotiation for and purchase of the site, assisting in all financing and leasing aspects, and the formation of multiple new business entities related to the development. Mr. Maiello also has broad experience in taxation law, including Tax Increment Financing.

Mr. Maiello practices extensively in the field of construction law, and has in-depth experience in working with general contractors, subcontractors, owners, construction managers and architects.

Mr. Maiello has been deeply involved in public sector law. He has represented both school and municipal clients, and other governmental agencies, in meeting their wide range of legal needs.
