 		Jennifer L. Cerce is an associate with Maiello Brungo & Maiello, LLP, practicing in the areas of real estate taxation, business and general civil litigation.

Ms. Cerce represents various school districts in Allegheny County at both the Board of Property Assessment, Appeals and Review and the Court of Common Pleas Board of Viewers, where she has successfully presents and defends tax assessment appeal actions.

In the areas of business and general civil litigation, Ms. Cerce handles construction and school law matters, and is responsible for other business litigation matters including trademark and copyright establishment.

Prior to her employment with Maiello Brungo & Maiello, Ms. Cerce clerked for the Judges of the Indiana County Court of Common Pleas where she authored numerous opinions in all areas of law.
